How does your Subscription/Automatic Delivery option work?

If you opt to 'Subscribe & Save' you can choose between delivery every 15, 30 or 45 days and you will receive 25% off your order - the biggest discount we offer! This is the best value when ordering DHM Blend and/or Hydration Replenisher. With this option, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime, however, if you cancel after the first purchase, you'll need to pay back the discount. The subscription is designed for customers that have already used our products and are satisfied with them. If you are a subscriber and would like to pause or cancel your subscription please do so before your next order is scheduled to ship by following this link: https://nodayswasted.ca/account/login. Pausing or cancelling subscriptions after your order has shipped will be applied to the next order. Because subscription orders are already discounted, they are not eligible for additional discounts unless specifically stated.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?

Shipping time within Canada is 1-4 business days depending on your location. Our orders are shipped from the greater Vancouver area (BC) and greater Toronto area (Ontario) so depending on proximity to these locations, shipping time will vary. Do You Ship To Canada?

Yes we do. Please ensure you are ordering from nodayswasted.ca (our Canadian site) to order your No Days Wasted products within Canada.

Do You Ship To The UK?

Yes we do! Please order from nodayswasted.co.uk to order in the UK.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Shipping time is 6-11 business days and will vary based on how busy the border is, which determines how quickly your order will clear customs. You will receive tracking information the can be used to track your order via USPS or your local country’s postal service. You may have to pay a VAT/import tax upon delivery, which you will be responsible for as the importer (depending on your country). The list of international countries we ship to is as follows: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark (incl. Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland, France (Incl. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand (includes Cook Islands and Niue), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain (includes Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland & United Kingdom.

Can I Return My Product?

DHM Blend Risk-free purchases - if you aren’t satisfied, we'll refund you within 30 days of delivery (limited to one box of DHM Blend on your first order). Send us an email at info@nodayswasted.ca and we’ll make it right. Please note: Subscription & referral orders are not eligible for refunds under the risk free money back guarantee. Also, if you purchase more than one box on your first order and would like a return under the Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee, we can only refund one box from that order. We also cannot accept any product physically returned to us due to the consumable/ingestible nature of our product and to avoid receiving returned tampered product. This decision was made to keep our customers safe and to ensure that all product being shipped out has passed all of our quality controls and has met appropriate storage requirements. Hydration Replenisher, Vitamin D gummies, and Immune Support gummies are not eligible for refunds. If you need further clarification, please feel free to email us at info@nodayswasted.ca.

What if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?

To protect your order against loss or theft, please add ProtectMyOrder package protection at checkout. When you add ProtectMyOrder, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. If your order was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at info@nodayswasted.ca and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

If you added ProtectMyOrder at checkout, please email info@nodayswasted.ca with the details. You will be given a priority and premium service having paid extra for ProtectMyOrder.

How does the referral program work?

Our referral program enables you to give your friends $7 off their first order and get a free 10 pack of DHM Blend for every 2 successful referrals. Orders purchased through referral links are non-refundable. Referrals cannot be made within the same household.
