I tell them to drink water often for hydration reasons, and this is regardless of the season. I dont find it hard to drink water, but my kids do. I think its because they drink too much juice or soda instead of water, so I think its a great item for people who arent used to drinking water, and it has a lot of vitamins and stuff in it, and its always good to have. It is said to contain about 4 g of sugar, but when you mix it with water and drink it, it is sweet enough. The recommendation is to mix 1 packet with 500 ml of water, but personally, I think its better to drink it a little stronger. Its a matter of preference.
